Returns & Warranty Policy

VoiceComm offers a Limited 90-Day Warranty on our distributed products. This policy only applies to out-of-box defects or failures and does not include buyer's remorse or open-box consumer returns for any other reason. In order to process a Warranty claim or return, the following guidelines and instructions apply:

  • All returns require authorization from VoiceComm in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issuance.
  • Only approved items are to be included in your return.
  • RMA form must be enclosed in the return shipment.
  • RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All defective returns are inspected and tested upon receipt. Credit will only be issued for items listed on the RMA that are deemed defective by our inspection.
  • A credit will be issued for all eligible items to be used towards future purchases. No refunds will be given.
  • Any returned products that are not eligible for credit will be discarded.

Online Return Processing
